New clients

We require all new clients to provide a credit/debit card to secure an appointment. A color consultation is required for all new color appointments. To assist us in providing the best service possible, we request and appreciate clients to arrive at or before their scheduled time.


Cancellation policies

Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled without 48 hours notice may result in a 50% charge to the service amount.  Anything 24 hours or less notice will result in a 100% charge to the service amount, including any “no-shows”.

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more we may need to reschedule and you may be charged 100% of the service cost depending on stylist availability.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-transferrable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. To purchase a gift card, select the ‘Book Here’ button or the button below and then select ‘Purchase a Gift Card’ from the menu and follow the instructions from there. You have the choice of purchasing the gift card for yourself, or for someone else. Please call us if you have any questions, or if you experience any trouble while purchasing.
